UK SHIPPING ONLY

Postage is £15.00

This fee is non refundable should you choose to return the item. Because of the high value items, we only offer a fully tracked and insured service via a courier service and for most of our orders this will only cover a portion of the postage costs we incur.

RETURN COST

You are responsible for the safe return of the goods to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage. If the item is lost in the post, you as the sender are responsible for making a claim. You will not receive a refund for items not received by us. We kindly ask that you make sure you send the delivery tracked and fully insured.

Fully tracked and insured could cost you between £15.00 - £65.00, depending on the value, weight and size of the item, this is based on parcelforce. Other companies prices might vary.

14 DAYS TO RETURN

Your right to cancel or return an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from when you receive the goods. All items are tracked and signed for so the goods are deemed to be received by you when they have been signed for.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To return an item please contact us first so we know to expect the item as we are not open every day.

Should you wish to return an item that falls during an extended time we are close we shall request that you send the item to our registered business address instead of the shop. (This will be confirmed once you have requested to return the item)

Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging it was sent.

Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm the condition they were in when they left us.

REFUNDS

If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a refund for the dress excluding the original postage costs you paid towards the delivery fee which is currently £15.00. We will contact you to arrange a refund using your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the items by us.
