Postage and Refunds
Postage is £25.00 and non refundable should you choose to return the item. Because of the high value items, we only offer a fully tracked and insured service via Parcleforce or similar and for most of our orders this will only cover a portion of the postage costs we incur.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of return postage and will not be reimbursed. (For example for fully insured and track it can be between £15 - £75.00 via Parcleforce depending on the value of the item) The item should be fully insured to cover the value of the order of the dress should it go missing or be damaged in transit, as you as the sender are responsible for making any claim.
